The Northern Mariana Islands

American Samoa
-
Swain’s Island
-
A foreign country who is:
-
Under 18 years of age, and
-
Admitted to the US as a lawful permanent resident; and
-
In the legal and physical custody of at least one parent who is a US citizen.
NOTE: This also applies to children adopted from a foreign country as long as the three conditions above are met.
